This series was a bit of a jungle diff. Kanavi was just better at getting HLE leads this series, and Oner was questionable at times

It's the greatest ADC outplay at any international for me, the way he did it on an immobile ADC and the stakes the series had and who he did it too.
JDG on a golden road with Ruler being the best and most in form ADC all year up to that point and 369 being a top 2 player in his role all year just for Guma to outplay both as Varus, the hype I had watching that live man.

They have a better team this year in terms of play style and chemistry. Kanavi enables Zeus and Zeka carry style and Guma brings balance to the chaotic top side with his weakside profile and being able to have impact without needing resources early.
This team is also very close Guma and Zeka are besties now and the entire team has great chemistry with each other, the youtube vids of the team are very wholesome and good vibes.

Congratulations HLE! Hard work don't lie, you deserved this victory. I know for a fact very few people believed in them, but you showed up today to prove doubters wrong. Keep going forward and continue to improve!
Also want to mention, ever since second round when Guma's form started fluctuating, some T1 fans have been saying stuff about Guma and his abilities that was not pleasant to see (I'm not saying every hater is a T1 fan, but some of you def are, and you know who you are).
It is okay to criticize, but is another thing to just hate without basis.
I previously spoke for Keria when comments put Keria down when Guma won, but it seems to me that courtesy is not reciprocated for Guma's side often.
When people defend Guma they get called toxic fans, I find it funny that T1 fans (and yes some of them are indeed T1 fans) just call Guma fans toxic, when a part of your fandom sends trucks to players, and even this year had Oner issue a statement regarding player protection. Looks to me that there is zero self awareness from some of you.
Guma indeed left T1, but that does not erase his contributions or skills he has displayed in last few years. . Both sides should be respectful of the players that have worked together for more than 4 years.

HLE just have really good synergy now.
Zeus and Kanavi are just demented nutcases. Zeka is spiking hard, and Guma is the perfect weakside adc to complement top lane prio. Delight is just solid all around.
Now they just need to learn how to close out games and Kanavi could stop coin flipping games a little less (though he has gotten much better at this).

T1's form has been worse but that's not my problem. T1 didn't do anything this series. Their gameplan every game was just wait and pray HLE makes a mistake. I'd much rather them get swept trying to play the game

Faker being unable to play half the meta champs has kneecaps T1 for 3 years now.
Quite a few T1 members have champ pool issues it's just not noticable at times.

Welcome to the guma agenda. Last year, T1 benched guma for smash, and that is the only international T1 missed (first stand). T1 has 100% international rate with guma since like 2022 i think.

im not sure what happened with HLE drafting but damn their picks and bans have been so good. you can more or less tell how the game is gonna play out from champ select because hle has been outdrafting HEAVY

Gameplay wise, yes T1 underperformed but Game3/4 T1 draft is strange.
Game3 with all AD + Support Galio in mid lane.
Game4 with Poppy (sloooooow jungle clear) with Azir so once Azir got shutdown hard, they have very little agency except pray for Thresh hooks, which led to the anti-synergy moment at red chicken.
Thank you HLE for defying everyone expectation. I saw clip of LCK Global podcast saying HLE was overhyped (by who?). Proving them wrong once again made my week.

As good as peyz is, it sucks watching keria with him. Their playstyle just doesn't work together, keria was invisible this whole series other than the rakan game. He's just locked in the duo lane on baby sitting duty

Oner is never beating the allegations man. When his contract is secured, he does nothing to improve. You can see that he was mentally tilted after throwing in game 1 (he sold that game btw). He didn't play for top, mid, or even bot lane. He was busy catching Kanavi only to get fathered by Kanavi. Oner is just dogshit when he gets gapped.

I personally think Delight was always underrated. He is a fucking machine on engage supports, dare i say top 2. His enchanters were always a bit more shaky, but its noticeable he has put in the work.
